මාරාන්තික කොවිඩ් - 19 උවදුර නිසා දැඩිව පීඩාවට පත්ව ඇති අහිංසක සිසු දරුවන්ට අහිමිව ගොස් ඇති වටිනා අධ්යාපන අවස්ථාවන් වෙනුවෙන් පාසල් මට්ටමින් හා බාහිරව විවිධ වැඩසටහන් දැනට ක්රියාත්මක වේ. ගුරුවරු, විදුහල්පතිවරු හා නිලධාරීන් දිරිමත්ව දිවා රාත්රී නොතකා ඊට අවැසි වැඩසටහන් සම්පාදනය කරන ක්රියාත්මක කරනු ලැබෙි. සම්ප්රදාය මත පදනම් වු නවිනත්වයක් උදෙසා වන " සිප්තරණි " වත්තේගම අධ්යාපන කලාපය මඟින් ක්රියාත්මක වන ඉතා හරවත් මාර්ගගත අධ්යාපන වැඩසටහනකි. කේවල කුඩා කණ්ඩායම් ලෙස පැවැත්වූ අධ්යාපන වැඩසටහන් විධිමත්ව හා ගුණාත්මකව ඒකරාශි කිරීම මෙහි මුඛ්යාර්ථයයි. සිංහල, දමිළ හා ඉංග්රීසි භාෂාත්රයෙන්ම මෙය ක්රියාත්මකය. ගුරු සිසු දෙපක්ෂය දිරිමත් කරවීමට කලාපය මඟින් ගෙන ඇති මෙකී සියලූ පියවර සදහා දායක වූ වත්තේගම අධ්යාපන කලාපයේ සියලූ දෙනාට මාගේ ස්තූතිය පුද කරමි. " සිප්තරණි " භාවිතයෙන් ශිල්ප කරණයට ඔබ සියළු දෙනාට ආරාධනා කරමි.
கொடிய கொவிட் -19 அச்சுறுத்தல் காரணமாக கடுமையான பாதிப்புக்களுக்கு உட்பட்டுள்ள அப்பாவிப் மாணவச்செல்வங்களுக்கு கிடைக்காமல் போன பெறுமதியான கல்வி நேரத்தை ஈடுசெய்ய பாடாசலை மட்டத்திலும் அதற்கு வெளியிலும் பல்வேறு வேலைத்திட்டங்கள் தற்போது நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. ஆசிரியர்கள் அதிபர்கள் மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் இரவு பகல் பாராது அதற்கு தேவையான வேலைத்திட்டங்களை ஊக்கத்துடன் நடைமுறைப்படுத்துகின்றனர். பாரம்பரிய கருத்துக்களையும் அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட நவீனத்துவத்தை நோக்கி, வத்தேகம கல்வி வலயத்தினால் முன்னெடுக்கப்படும் " சிப்தரணி " வேலைத்திட்டமானது பயனுள்ள கல்வி வேலைத்திட்டமாகும். இதன் முக்கிய நோக்கமாவது, சிறு சிறு குழுக்களாக நடத்தப்பட்ட கல்வி வேலைத்திட்டங்களை முறையாகவும் தரமானதாகவும் ஒன்று சேர்ப்பதாகும். இந்நிகழ்ச்சி சிங்களம் தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய மொழிகளில் செயற்படுத்தப்படுகின்றது. ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் ஆகிய இருபாலாரையும் ஊக்குவிப்பதற்கு வலயத்தினால் எடுக்கப்பட்ட அனைத்து செயற்பாடுகளுக்கும் பங்களித்த வத்தேகம கல்வி வலயத்தில் உள்ள சகலருக்கும் எனது நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றேன். " சிப்தரணி " கூகுல் வகுப்பறையினூடாக கற்பிப்பதற்கு உங்கள் அனைவரையும் வரவேற்கின்றேன்.
The COVID-19 pandemic is a huge challenge to education system and it has disrupted the lives of students in different ways. When schooals and universities around the world were forced to close their doors to prevent its spread, alternative methods and technologies had to be adopted and online learning became an urgent necessity, rather than an option. As a result, education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e-learning, whereby teaching is undertaken remotely and on digital platforms. It is evident that the teachers, principals and officers in Wattegama Education Zone similarly implementing numerous methods in continuing the teaching-learning process without interrupting the regular education of students at school level. However, SIPTHARANI- the online educational platform which is created by Zonal Education Office, Wattegama suggests flexible ways to help all the stake holders involve in Education, to access multiple resources easily. I would be thankful to everyone who contributed in making this an effective outcome which is beneficial for all the schools in Wattegama Education Zone. Further, I hope all our students will make this initiative a great support in achieving their Educational goals.

Our team leader the Zonal Director with the Educational Development, Planning, Divisional Directors,Subject Directors, In-Service Advisors and the Teachers strive hard to accelerate the E-Learning culture among the teachers and students in the zone by taking a step forward to meet the challenges that prevail around the globe. To cater the academic needs of the day and to train new normal teaching learning in our learning platform.
